Shipping Policy:

Unless otherwise specified on the product sales page, all physical products will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with a shipping tracking number once your purchase is completed.

Digital products will be available for download immediately upon completion of your purchase. You will receive digital products via email, which will contain instructions for downloading and printing. You are not permitted to share digital products within any other users, beyond the size license you have purchased.

Virtual Cohorts:

All virtual cohorts will begin on the date listed on the sales page. You will receive any digital downloads and access to any digital communities via email on this date. You will receive continued email communication throughout the entirety of the cohort. Any physical products associated with the virtual cohort will be shipped on the date listed on the sales page.

Return Policy:

Due to the digital nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for Edible Theology purchases. If your physical product arrives damaged, then we will exchange it for a new undamaged product. Please email us at admin@kendallvanderslice.com to initiate an exchange.

We do not issue refunds for retreats or live events, unless we are able to fill your spot. If we must cancel a retreat or live event due to low registration, you will be refunded immediately upon cancellation.

We will make all reasonable efforts to hold retreats and live events in the face of bad weather. If we must cancel a retreat due to weather events outside of our control, we will reschedule the retreat for a later date. If you cannot attend the alternate date, you may use your registration fee towards the next year’s retreat instead. If neither of these possibilities are manageable for you, we will issue refunds on a case by case basis.
